8. 100-day Return Policy


  We offer a 100-day return policy for all our customers, no matter the  reason! The customer can select to have a full refund or exchange for a different pair of glasses.


  What are the conditions?

The customers will be eligible to return the glasses if they meet the following conditions:



1- The product must be returned unused, with all the packaging, tags and accessories included. The product must be in its original condition.

So, can the customer try the glasses on and then return them?... Yes, they can! but returns won't be accepted if the customer was wearing the glasses for 2 months and then decides to return them :D 


2- If you have purchased contact lenses, the lenses boxes must be unopened and in original condition. (yes, in this case, the customer cannot try on the contact lenses lol)


3- We offer 100 days since the delivery date (not 101 or 110 days). I am sure the customers can decide if they like their glasses or not within 100 days.


Additional notes:

- The refund or exchange will be processed only after receiving the return in our return point.

- We only offer free returns in Germany and UK. For the rest of the countries, the customer will need to cover the return shipping fee.

- The customer needs to contact Customer Service to process the return request.

- We can also process return request for prescription lenses. 

- We don't refund the shipping charges of the original order (if there were any).
